A balloon powered helicopter that can fly up to 50m high
Powered by air being released from the balloon, turning the rotor blades. Can reach heights of up to 60m, letting out a whistle as it goes. Specially designed heli-wings  , where the blades are enclosed within a safety ring, for safe use indoor and out.
