After being found guilty of performing bizarre experiments on dead bodies, Dr. Gustav Niemann escapes from prison and, along with his hunchbacked assistant, resurrects Dracula, the Wolf Man, and the Frankenstein Monster in order to exact revenge on all those who wronged him.
